Melissa joined Matthews Dental Care in January 2008. With 15 years in dentistry & a strong background in customer service, she will make certain your visit is pleasant & easy. What she loves most about Matthews Dental Care is treating patients just like family! Melissa has a passion for cooking, enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling with her husband & working out.
Brittany, Administration
Brittany joined Matthews Dental Care in 2018. She is a Charlotte native & is proud to have worked in customer service since 2008. As our hygiene coordinator, Brittany works efficiently with the hygiene team & their schedules. She ensures that our patients get outstanding treatment & satisfaction at their appointments. What she loves about Matthews Dental Care is the longevity of patients & how our office treats everyone like family. When not working, Brittany loves to travel with her husband & dog in their RV. She also loves to cook, workout at Cyclebar & cheer on the Carolina Panthers.
Tiffany, Administration
Tiffany joined Matthews Dental Care in February 2021 & loves being part of a team which values kindness, respect & integrity in patient care. She earned her Business Administration degree from The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, California. Tiffany & her husband enjoy playing tennis, kayaking, yoga & spending time at Whitewater Center with their dog.
Kylie, Administration
Kylie joined Matthews Dental Care in September 2023. As our hygiene coordinator, Kylie ensures that patients will have a great experience during their appointment & that it runs smoothly. She loves the one-on-one relationships she gets to build with patients & her coworkers. She is a Charlotte native & earned her Business Administration degree from South Piedmont Community College. When not working, she enjoys reading, hunting & traveling with her fiancé & her two dogs, Scooby & Buck.
Sloan, Administration
Sloan joined Matthews Dental Care in July 2024. She loves being part of a team that works together to give the best patient care. When not working, Sloan loves cooking, traveling with her husband Brandon, spending time with her three dogs Boone, Dallas & Remy, & cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Paige, Administration
Paige joined Matthews Dental Care in February 2025. She earned her degree in healthcare administration from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Paige loves that at Matthews Dental Care, she has the ability to foster relationships with patients & be a part of a strong team that values patient care above all else. When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends & family, reading & taking trips to the beach.
