Patient Testimonials

As always, wonderful care from Kim, my hygienist and Dr. Palermo. The atmosphere is always pleasant, and I have full confidence in the care I receive from Matthews Dental Care.

It was wonderful to be back and see friendly faces again. Thanks for making feel like being back home. The service was excellent and compassionate.

This was my first visit to MDC and the best dental experience of my 83 years of life. Dr Clarke and Melissa are extremely skillful, professional but friendly and great communicators. From the good morning at the front door to the checkout, everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend and glad I chose MDC.

Great service every step of the way. The receptionist was very courteous & efficient to verify coverage within minutes of calling. I was able to get an appointment quickly and great service & timely appointment. Thorough in going over exam results, treatment plan & costs. Very happy to have found this office was a great initial visit.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. I will definitely return. Explained everything where I understood. Thank you for a wonderful experience

I moved to the area last year. I am happy that I selected Matthews Dental. The entire staff extended a warm welcome. I am very pleased with the xrays and teeth cleaning. The examining dentest was very thorough that included looking for signs of cancer.

I had my first consultation at Matthews Dental Care and was extremely impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The reception staff was cheerful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making me feel comfortable right away. The dental assistant was fantastic, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out was the dentist's genuine interest in getting to know me as a person. Rather than rushing through the appointment, the doctor asked thoughtful questions and truly listened to my concerns and goals. It was clear that they care about their patients and want to build lasting relationships, not just provide treatment. The entire team made my first visit a positive experience, and I left feeling confident that I had found the right dental practice. I highly recommend Matthews Dental Care to anyone looking for a friendly, caring, and professional dental team.

Always professional, and kind care. A special shout out to Missy, my hygienist! I had not been to the dentist in a while, and I was given some expensive news, but she was so kind and so empathetic to me. S. Danson

Dr. Clarke is by far, one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. Incredibly kind and friendly. Always honest, helpful and professional.

Who knew a dental appointment could feel like a vacation? With the Maldives on the TV and my shades on while reclining in the chair, I was completely relaxed. Dr. Clarke was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and Melissa was an exceptionally thorough hygienist. Highly recommend the entire friendly staff!!

We absolutely love this dental office! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff makes you feel so welcomed and cared for. The clinical team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Their punctuality and efficiency are truly impressive, and the quality of care is exceptional. We travel all the way from New Jersey just to receive dental care at this office — that’s how amazing they are. If I started listing the names of everyone who has made our experience wonderful, the list would be very long. So many people here truly go above and beyond for their patients. We are so grateful for this dental office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Enjoyed my dental cleaning with Missy's gentle touch.

Let me preface this by saying that I genuinely dislike going to the dentist. I'd rather scrape my knee and pour isopropyl on it than go and get a cleaning. I've also had some truly unfortunate experiences with a previous dentist that make me more likely to volunteer for an enema than go for my annual dental visit. That being said, my experience with Matthews Dental Care was truly excellent. The most prominent word that comes to mind when dealing with this dental office is "kindness." They asked me about fears and anxieties I had and worked to help me avoid them. They explained everything well and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The exam was incredibly thorough - I've never had an exam like this for my teeth. And let me tell you: Miss Elizabeth, my sweet and professional hygienist, was just lovely to be with. She also cleaned my teeth like they were sinners waiting for Jesus. I have NEVER had my teeth cleaned so well! I bet she probably found pieces of hamburger I ate back in the 1980s - that's how amazingly well she cleaned my teeth! As for the dentist himself, Dr. Surface was friendly, honest, and professional. He also took the time to listen to my concerns and health history before rendering his opinion for my dental care. I can say, without hesitation, that I really enjoyed this dental visit - a first for me ever!

Always high-level personal care.

Just what you need when visiting a “new” dental team a Friendly and Professional Staff!
